Parkofon Inc. d/b/a Sheeva.AI ("Sheeva.AI," “we,” “us,” or “our”) works hard to build and maintain a relationship of trust with you. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information in connection with your use of our website(s) and applications on which this Privacy Policy is linked (collectively, “Sites”) and any transactions, interactions, or other engagements you might have with us both online and offline (collectively, “Services”).Please carefully read this Privacy Policy before using our Sites and/or Services. By accessing or using our Sites and/or Services you agree to our use of your information consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using our Sites and/or Services.If we process Personal Information as a data processor to a client, such processing will be governed by our contract with that client and not this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal Information
We may collect information that personally identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with you (“Personal Information”). The types of Personal Information we collect about you varies based on how you use our Sites and/or Services and your relationship with us, but may include:
- Identifiers such as name, email address, billing and mailing address, phone number, zip code, IP address, and account login credentials;
- Commercial & vehicle information such as vehicle or product characteristics and identification numbers, license plate number, vehicle fuel or connector type, vehicle speed, and financial information such as payment card information;
- Internet & network information such as browsing/search history, data collected by cookies and similar technologies, preferences, and device specifications such as device IDs, specifications, and operating system;
- Geolocation data such as precise and non-precise geographic location indicators from mobile, web, and vehicles or products;
- Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information such as call and written communication recordings, photographs, and videos;
- Professional/employment information such as employer and occupation;
- Inferences drawn from other Personal Information or data that relate to your preferences, interests, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes; and
- Personal information as described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) solely to the extent collected under another category of Personal Information above.
Some of the Personal Information listed above may be considered sensitive Personal Information under relevant privacy laws. Depending on your state of residence, this may include precise geolocation data and your Sheeva.AI account login credentials.
Usage Data and Site Activity
We may automatically collect information in connection with the actions you take on our Sites. We refer to this type of information as “Usage Data”. Usage Data may include information about your device, browser, operating system and version, IP address, and internet service provider. It may also include information about your interactions with the Sites such as the pages you view, the page and search terms used to reach our Site, the date, time, and duration of your visit, and your clicks to, from, and within our Sites. If we can reasonably associate this data with you, we treat it as Personal Information under the categories of Identifiers or Internet or other electronic network information, as appropriate. If we cannot reasonably associate this information with you, we treat it as anonymous Usage Data.
Communication Recordings
We may record calls and retain the content of written and electronic communications, including chat conversations, between you and us. By communicating with us, you consent to our recording and retention of communications.
Aggregated or De-Identified Data.
We may de-identify or anonymize Personal Information so that it is no longer capable of being associated with you and therefore is no longer Personal Information or acquired information that has already been de-identified or anonymized. We may use and disclose de-identified or anonymized information without restriction. We will not attempt to re-identify individuals associated with previously de-identified or anonymized information.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
Voluntary Disclosure
We may collect your Personal Information when you interact with the Sites and Services, including when you communicate with us online or offline, request information from us, sign up for our Services, create an account, or subscribe to receive offers or emails from us. You are not required to provide us your Personal Information; however, certain features of the Site(s) or Services may not be available unless you provide the requested information. Our Services are location-based. If you choose not to share your location information, we will have to discontinue your Services or those Services may not function properly.
You may submit Personal Information on behalf of, or relating to, another individual. In doing so, you represent that you have all necessary authority and permissions to provide such information.
Reviews and Testimonials
If you provide a review or testimonial, we may post it publicly on our Sites or in other advertising material. By providing a testimonial, you give us permission to use it in any manner and for any purpose, including in marketing and advertising communications.
Third-Party Data Sources
We may collect Personal Information from third-party data sources such as publicly available sources, automobile manufacturers, oil and gas companies, marketing agencies or partners, analytics firms, and other consumers or customers.

- Artificial intelligence: to train, develop, and utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, including large language models, that support or enable other business purposes listed herein;
- Compliance: to comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, contractual obligations, our policies, and take actions that we deem necessary to preserve and enforce our rights and the rights of others; and
- Other purposes: as otherwise described to you at the point of collection, with your consent, or as otherwise required by applicable laws.
We use sensitive Personal Information as follows:
- Sheeva.AI account credentials: for account creation, fulfillment, servicing and customer support, website use and analytics, business operations, and information security and fraud prevention.
- Precise geolocation information: for account creation, fulfillment, servicing and customer support (e.g., to provide fuel, EV charging, parking, tolls, and other location-based services).
Artificial Intelligence
We use artificial intelligence in a variety of ways to provide the Services, improve the consumer experience, better understand our consumers, and aid our business activities.
Training of Large Language Models
Large language models are a type of artificial intelligence that can create human-like text and perform other language-like tasks. These models are often trained on vast amounts of written text. We do not collect and use Personal Information to train large language models.
Service Providers
We may provide your Personal Information to other businesses who provide services to us or to you on our behalf, including fulfillment and account servicing vendors, marketing and communications vendors, research and development firms, data processing, reporting, and business analytics vendors, IT and network administration providers, professional service firms, and other service providers.
Each service provider is expected to use reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the information involved to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Service providers are prohibited from using Personal Information that we provide to them other than as specified by us.
Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell or share (for targeted advertising) Personal Information to third parties who are not our service providers as described in the section above.
Other Third-Party Disclosures
We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties, for purposes such as:
- To gas, oil, electric vehicle charging, parking, tolling, and other mobility companies when you sign up for their loyalty programs through the Services and give us permission to disclose your Personal Information to them;
- To comply with the law;
- To respond to legal requests (including court orders, investigative demands and subpoenas) if, in our discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate;
- To prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity;
- To protect the safety, property, or rights of ourselves, consumers, or any other third party;
- If we are merged, acquired, or sold, or in the event of a divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, or transfer of some or all of our assets and the disclosure is necessary to complete the transaction;

ADDITIONAL STATE CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer who resides in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have additional rights to access and control your Personal Information. Subject to applicable exemptions, privacy rights include:
- Right to Know and Access. You may request what Personal Information we collected about you (including the categories or specific pieces of Personal Information), the categories of sources from which we collected your information, the business or commercial purpose(s) for collecting it, and the categories and names of third parties to whom we sold or disclosed Personal Information (if any). We will provide a copy of the specific Personal Information we maintain about you in a portable and, if technically feasible, readily usable format.
- Right to Delete. You may request that we delete information we collected about you.
- Right to Correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you. If you only wish to update your contact information or other Personal Information rather than disputing its accuracy, please make the changes directly in your account or contact us using the information below.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. If you are a resident of California, you may request that we not use your Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law. If you are a resident of a state with privacy rights identified above other than California, and you make a request to limit the use of your Sensitive Personal Information as defined under your applicable state’s law, we will treat that request as a revocation of your consent for us to collect and process your Sensitive Personal Information and will delete your Sensitive Personal Information subject to any exemptions available under applicable law. Please note that if you are a resident of a state with privacy rights identified above other than California and you exercise this right, we may no longer be able to provide our Services to you because you will have chosen to revoke consent for the processing of your precise geolocation information, which is necessary for our Services to function properly.

Submitting a Privacy Request
If you are a resident of a state that provides privacy rights and would like to exercise other privacy rights, you may submit a request by emailing us at privacy@sheeva.ai, sending postal mail to our address in the “CONTACT US” section below, or using our online form. After you submit your request, we may contact you to obtain additional information necessary to locate your record and/or verify your identity. For example, we may require you to verify certain information in our files or submit a signed declaration under penalty of perjury verifying your identity. We cannot process certain requests without verifying your identity, so please respond promptly to our request.
Authorized Agent
If you are an authorized agent submitting certain types of privacy requests for another consumer, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or written signed authorization from the consumer. After submitting the request, we will contact you if this documentation is required. Depending on the type of request, we may also contact you and/or the consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization or the consumer’s identity.
Non-Discrimination Notice
We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their privacy rights under law or this Privacy Policy.
OTHER IMPORTANT PRIVACY PROVISIONS
Security
We recognize the importance of safeguarding the confidentiality of Personal Information from loss, misuse, or alteration. Accordingly, we employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. Even with these safeguards, no data transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through our Sites or Services, you do so at your own risk.
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain the Personal Information we receive as described in this Notice for as long as you use our websites or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.
Links and Other Websites
Our Sites may contain links to third party websites. Please be aware that if you access these links, you will be leaving our Site. We encourage users to read the privacy policies of those sites, as we are not responsible for their content, links, or privacy procedures.
Updates
This Privacy Policy is subject to change. We encourage you to review it frequently for any revisions or amendments. Privacy Policy changes are effective immediately and you accept the changes by continuing to use of the Site(s) or Services. If we determine that a change to this Privacy Policy will result in using your Personal Information acquired before the change in a materially new way, we will meet applicable legal requirements and provide you notice by a prominent post on our Site and/or email before using your Personal Information in the new way.
Children’s Privacy
Our Sites and Services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.
Marketing Email Opt-Outs
You can opt out of marketing emails from us through an unsubscribe link in the email. If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your accounts and our business dealings with you.
California “Do Not Track” Disclosure
“Do not track” is a web browser privacy preference that causes the web browser to broadcast a signal to websites requesting that a user’s activity not be tracked. Our Sites and Services currently do not respond to “do not track” signals.
California Shine the Light Disclosure – “Your Privacy Rights”
If you are a California resident, we do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes as contemplated by California’s “Shine the Light” law without your consent. If you are a California resident, you may withdraw your consent for us to disclose your Personal Information to a third party by emailing us at privacy@sheeva.ai or sending postal mail to our address in the “CONTACT US” section below. In your correspondence, please identify the third party disclosures for which you are revoking your consent or if you are revoking all of your previously provided consents to disclose your Personal Information to third parties.

Right to Access
You have the right to request access to the Personal Information we collected about you as well as information about our use of your Personal Information and an accounting of the third parties, or, if that is not available, the types of third parties to whom we disclosed your Personal Information. We may withhold Personal Information or other information that is prohibitively costly to provide, contains information about other individuals, cannot be disclosed for legal, security, or trade secret reasons, is subject to attorney-client privilege, or is otherwise exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
Right to Correction
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you. After you request to correct inaccurate Personal Information, we will provide instructions for you to submit optional documentation to support your request and we will consider it. We may decline to correct your Personal Information if a legal exemption applies such as if we determine, based on the totality of the circumstances, that the information you seek to correct is most likely accurate. If we deny your correction request and you disagree with our finding, you may inform us of your disagreement and we will note that the information is disputed and also inform any of our service providers or third parties who may be in possession of the disputed information of the dispute. We may also decide to delete your allegedly inaccurate Personal Information at the means of correcting it.
Right to Withdraw Consent for Processing
You have the right to request that we stop processing your Personal Information for all purposes or limited purposes. For example, you may request that we stop using your Personal Information to send you commercial email messages. If you request that we stop processing your Personal Information, we will evaluate your request and determine the extent to which we can honor it in accordance with applicable law and will advise you of the consequences of the request. For example, if honoring the request will result in termination of Services to you, we will let you know.
Complaints or Concerns
You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the supervisory authority for data protection issues in Canada or your province (if applicable). We would, however, appreciate the chance to remedy your concern before you approach the supervisory authority, so please contact us in the first instance at the “CONTACT US” section below.
Exercising Your Rights
You may exercise your privacy rights, or request information about our compliance with Canadian privacy laws, by emailing us at privacy@sheeva.ai or sending postal mail to our address in the “CONTACT US” section below. Please be specific in your request and provide sufficient information to allow us to locate your Personal Information in our systems based on your request. We may request additional information from you to verify your identity or locate your Personal Information. We will process your request within 30 days subject to possible extensions allowed by law. If we want to exercise a right to an extension, we will inform you.
International Transfers
Quebec residents: Your Personal Information may be transferred outside Quebec, specifically we will process and store your Personal Information in the United States of America. In such cases, when required by law, we undertake to conduct a privacy impact assessment and to make the transfer only if (i) the Personal Information transferred outside Quebec is adequately protected and (ii) the transfer of the Personal Information will be subject to a written agreement that considers the results of such assessment and any terms and conditions agreed to in order to mitigate the risks identified in such assessment.

By submitting your Personal Information to us, you consent to the transfer, storage, or processing of your Personal Information in the United States of America.
