This California Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice” or “Notice”) provides limited information to California residents only about how Parkofon Inc. d/b/a Sheeva.AI (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information (as defined below). For more details about our privacy practices and any privacy rights you may have, please see our Privacy Policy. Neither this Notice nor the Privacy Policy apply to Personal Information we collect from or about job applicants, employees, or independent contractors.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information that personally identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with you (“Personal Information”). The types of Personal Information we collect about you varies based on how you use our Sites and/or Services and your relationship with us, but may include:

  • Identifiers such as name, email address, billing and mailing address, phone number, zip code, IP address, and account login credentials;
  • Commercial & vehicle information such as vehicle or product characteristics and identification numbers, license plate number, vehicle fuel or connector type, vehicle speed, and financial information such as payment card information;
  • Internet & network information such as browsing/search history, data collected by cookies and similar technologies, preferences, and device specifications such as device IDs, specifications, and operating system;
  • Geolocation data such as precise and non-precise geographic location indicators from mobile, web, and vehicles or products;
  • Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information such as call and written communication recordings, photographs, and videos;
  • Professional/employment information such as employer and occupation;
  • Inferences drawn from other Personal Information or data that relate to your preferences, interests, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes; and
  • Personal information as described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e) solely to the extent collected under another category of Personal Information above.

Some of the Personal Information listed above may be considered sensitive Personal Information under relevant privacy laws. Depending on your state of residence, this may include precise geolocation data and your Sheeva.AI account login credentials.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use Personal Information as follows:

  • Service Delivery and Operations: to operate, maintain, and improve our Sites, products, and Services;
  • Customer Support: to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service;
  • Administrative Communications: to send information including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
  • Marketing and Promotions: to communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners;
  • Data Integration: to link or combine user information with other Personal Information;
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity;
  • Product research: to conduct research and analysis for maintaining, protecting, and developing services, increase and maintain the safety of our products and services, and prevent misuse;

  • Artificial intelligence: to train, develop, and utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, including large language models, that support or enable other business purposes listed herein;
  • Compliance: to comply with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, contractual obligations, our policies, and take actions that we deem necessary to preserve and enforce our rights and the rights of others; and
  • Other purposes: as otherwise described to you at the point of collection, with your consent, or as otherwise required by applicable laws.

We use sensitive Personal Information as follows:

  • Sheeva.AI account credentials: for account creation, fulfillment, servicing and customer support, website use and analytics, business operations, and information security and fraud prevention.
  • Precise geolocation information: for account creation, fulfillment, servicing and customer support (e.g., to provide fuel, EV charging, parking, tolls, and other location-based services).

THIRD-PARTY SELLING AND SHARING

We do not sell or share (for targeted advertising) Personal Information to third parties who are not our service providers as described in the section above.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain the Personal Information we receive as described in this Notice for as long as you use our websites or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.
